  § Education Sector – Dr. Liz Russell-McKenzie, Chair Dr. Russell-McKenzie recently replaced Dr. Trevor Sewell as the Co-Chair of the Education Sector. St James High School is located in the Jamaica’s bustling second city of Montego Bay. Originally built to accommodate 1,035 students it is now a two-shift school, with an enrollment of over 2500 students.
