  § Education Sector – Dr. Liz Russell-McKenzie, Chair Dr. Russell-McKenzie recently replaced Dr. Trevor Sewell as the Co-Chair of the Education Sector. The JDNE extends its heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Dr. Sewell for his many years of service, and congratulates Dr. Russell-McKenzie on her appointment. St james High School

St James High School is located in the Jamaica’s bustling second city of Montego Bay. Originally built to accommodate 1,035 students it is now a two-shift school, with an enrollment of over 2500 students.
